نشر النجم عمرو سعد، عبر صفحته الرسمية بموقع التواصل الاجتماعي فيس بوك، بوست، ناشد من خلاله المواقع الإلكترونية بتحري الدقة حول ما ينشر عنه. وكتب الفنان :"أوقات اقرأ أخبار عني غير صحيحة ومعلومات غير صحيحة، وفِي مواقع كتييير كل معلوماتها غلط وأنا اتمني تحري الدقة، وقريب هاعمل بيان بكل تفاصيل حياتي وتاريخي واخلص بقى".

نقل الصحفي كلام الفنان كما هو، وأنهي الخبر دون أن يوضح سببه أو سياقه.
حتى لو لم يوضح المصدر السبب في المنشور الذي كتبه على فيس بوك، فإن دور الصحفي أن يصل للمعلومات بالطرق المختلفة.
