قاض يستجيب لطلب مسنة 'اميه' فى مساعدتها بالتصويت (خبر)

طلبت احدى الناخبات الاميات من المستشار احمد عاشور رئيس اللجنه ٢٧ بندر قنا، فى مساعدتها للإدلاء بصوتها واستجاب رئيس اللجنه لها وساعدها في الادلاء بصوتها .
وقال "عاشور"، انه "طبق المادة ٤٤ من قانون تنظيم مباشره الحقوق السياسيه رقم ٤٥ لسنه ٢٠١٤ واثبات ذلك بمحضر اجراءات اللجنه الفرعيه نموذج 14 رئاسيه، حال كون الناخبه من الأميين غير المتعلمين والذين لا يستطيعون الإدلاء بأصواتهم بأنفسهم".
