قالت السيدة نجاة الجافي، والدة الشهيد ضياء فتوح: "وحشتني كلمة ماما من ابني في عيد الأم"، مقدمة الشكر لوزارة الداخلية لتكريمها أم الشهداء بمناسبة حلول عبد الأم.
أضافت والدة الشهيد -على هامش حضورها احتفالية وزارة الداخلية وتحت رعاية اللواء محدي عبدالغفار لتكريم أمهات الشهداء- "حاسة إني مبسوطة بتقدير الوزارة لأبنائها ورؤية أصدقائي من أمهات أسر الشهداء، وديه فرصة نتجمع ونتكرم".
الجدير بالذكر أن النقيب ضياء فتوح خبير المفرقعات استشهد جراء انفجار عبوة ناسفة زرعتها عناصر التنظيم الإرهابي الإخوان منذ عامين.
