رئيس قومي حقوق الإنسان يطالب بتقليص أحكام الإعدام (خبر)

أكد محمد فايق، رئيس المجلس القومي لحقوق الإنسان، أن موقف المجلس من الأحكام بالإعدام، واضح، وسبق المطالبة بضرورة تقليصها وقصرها على الجرائم الأشد غلظة.
وقال رئيس المجلس القومي لحقوق الإنسان، في بيان صادر عنه اليوم الخميس:« من الضروري أن تصدر هذه الأحكام من المحاكم الطبيعية، كما أنه من الضروري أن تكون الإحالة إلى القضاء العسكري متسقة مع ما يقضي به الدستور (المادة 204).
