قادت الدكتورة عزيزة السيد رئيس حي شرق شبرا الخيمة، حملة مكبرة لمطاردة سيارات الكارو المخالفة والإشغالات بشوارع الحي والتي تقوم بإلقاء القمامة ومخالفات البناء في الشوارع. وأكدت عزيزة أنها أصدرت قرارا بحظر قيام سيارات الكارو بالحي بنقل مخلفات البناء والهدم وإلقاء في الشوارع مشيرة إلى أن الحملة تمكنت من ضبط 22 عربة كارو مخالفة ومستمرة لضبط المخالفين والقضاء على الظاهرة.
