قررت محكمة جنايات المنصورة الدائرة الرابعة برئاسة المستشار، محمد فؤاد الشربيني، رئيس المحكمة، إحالة أوراق طالب بكلية الشريعة والقانون وفكهاني لفضيلة مفتي الديار المصرية لاستطلاع رأي الشرع في إعدامهما في واقعة اختطاف طفل بالصف السادس الابتدائي.
