المحتوى عبارة عن تصريحات أشرف شيحة عضو اللجنة العليا للحج والعمرة التابعة لوزارة السياحة، حول مستجدات الموسم الحالي للعمرة والمحرر ذكر خلفيات مهمة توضح المحتوى بفكرته العامة للقارئ، لكن كان ينقصه ذكر أعداد التأشيرات التي تحصل عليها مصر في العمرة

المحرر لم يذكر أن إن وزارة السياحة قررت رسميا تنفيذ حكم القضاء الإداري بإلغاء الرسوم التي كانت مقررة بواقع ١٠ آلاف جنيه لكل متكرر عمرة خلال ٣ سنوات، وأن السلطات السعودية قررت أيضا إلغاء رسوم العمرة التى كانت قد فرضتها على متكررى العمرة من المصريين كما قررت إلغاء البصمة للمعتمرين المصريين، ولم يذكر المحرر أن حصة مصر من تأشيرات العمرة السنوية تراجعت من مليون و300 ألف تأشيرة إلى 500 ألف تأشيرة على مدار العام، حيث قرارت وزارة السياحة فتح العمرة على مدار العام وليس خلال المواسم فقط، حيث خصصت لشهر رمضان 20% من حصة التأشيرات.
