علق الإعلامي محمود سعد، على وفاة العالم ستيفن هوكينج، قائلا: «عالم كبير رحل عن عالمنا».
وقال «سعد» خلال برنامج «باب الخلق» المذاع على قناة «النهار»، إنه بعد وفاة ستيفن هوكينج حدث جدلا كبيرا واعتبره البعض أنه ليس مؤمن وكان هناك نوع من القسوة.
واستشهد «سعد» بقول الله تعالى: «وَلَوْ يُؤَاخِذ اللَّه النَّاس بِظُلْمِهِمْ مَا تَرَكَ عَلَيْهَا مِنْ دَابَّة وَلَكِنْ يُؤَخِّرهُمْ إِلَى أَجَل مُسَمًّى فَإِذَا جَاءَ أَجَلهمْ لَا يَسْتَأْخِرُونَ سَاعَة وَلَا يَسْتَقْدِمُونَ»، منوها إلى أننا يجب ان نتعامل مع ستيفن هوكينج كعالم كبير بعيدا عن علاقته بربه.
