أكد الدكتور طارق شوقي، وزير التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني، خلال مؤتمر صحفي عقد، منذ قليل، بديوان عام الوزارة، أن الوزارة ليست على استعداد أن يتخرج فيها طالبا لا يستطيع القراءة أو الكتابة.
وأضاف شوقي، أن الوزارة ليست على استعداد أن يستلم طالب شهادة عليها ختم الوزارة ولا يستطيع القراءة أو الكتابة، قائلا: "اللي مش متعلم هنسقطه إن شاالله يقعد 100 سنة".
