عرضت الإعلامية لما جبريل، مقدمة برنامج "هنا العاصمة"، المذاع عبر فضائية "cbc"، صورة لمصابان على سرير واحد بمستشفى الهرم، مشيرة إلى أن هذه الصورة تم التقاطها أثناء زيارة وزيرة الصحة الدكتورة هالة زايد لتفقد مصابى حادث قطار البدرشين. وأضافت الإعلامية لما حبريل، قائلة:"هذه صورة تعد وجع قلب آخر وهى هدية إلى وزيرة الصحة الدكتورة هالة زايد"، مشددة على أن هذا المشهد غير آدمى، وتساءلت قائلة:"هل هذا مقبول وهذا يليق بمصر؟..هذا أمر غير مبرر".
