قال المخرج خالد يوسف، عبر صفحته الشخصية على موقع التواصل الاجتماعي "فيس بوك"، إنه تعرض إلى حملات ممنهجة وشائعات مغرضة وإنه لن يرد على هذه الشائعات لأنه أكبر منها، وجاء نص تصريحه: "تعودت على حملات ممنهجة وشائعات مغرضة وقد كنت قد أعلنت من قبل أننى لن أرد على هذه الحملات وأنا وعائلتى أكبر من ذلك كله".
يأتى هذا فى ظل تعرض المخرج خالد يوسف إلى العديد من الشائعات مؤخرا والتى طالت حياته الشخصية والعائلية، فضلا عن مشاريعه الفنية والسياسية.
