قضت محكمة جنايات القاهرة برئاسة المستشار شريف طاهر، بمعاقبة محام بالحبس سنة مع الإيقاف، وتغريمه 10 آلاف جنيه، لاتهامه بإهانة السلطة القضائية على موقع التواصل الاجتماعي "فيس بوك".
وصدر الحكم بعضوية المستشارين فوزي أحمد وهاني السيد، وأمانة سر عامر علي.
وأسندت النيابة العامة للمحامي اتهامات بإهانة السلطة القضائية ونشر عبارات وكلمات مسيئة على "فيس بوك"، تعليقا على قضية محامي المنيا المتهم بالاعتداء على قاضي.
