كشف مصدر أمنى حقيقة ما تم تداوله عبر مواقع التواصل الإجتماعى حول حدوث حريق هائل بمقر الشركة الشرقية للدخان .
وأكد المصدر أن حقيقة الواقعة تتمثل فى تلقى قسم شرطة أكتوبر بلاغاً من مسئولى الشركة الشرقية للدخان، بتصاعد أدخنة من داخل مصنع كائن بمجمع المصانع التابع للشركة بالمدينة الصناعية بأكتوبر نتيجة إلقاء عقب سيجارة على 2 سجادة كرتون بأحد مخازن المصنع "يحتوى على كابلات متهالكة"، وتم السيطرة على الحريق، بمعرفة الأمن الصناعى للشركة دون حدوث ثمة تلفيات أو إصابات.
