قضت الدائرة 22 جنايات بمحكمة شمال القاهرة الابتدائية والمنعقدة بالعباسية، بحبس رضا إدوارد رئيس مجلس إدارة جريدة الدستور وسعيد محمد وهبة رئيس تحرير الجريدة وحسين محمود صحفى بالجريدة، 3 أشهر والزامهم بدفع غرامة مالية قدرها 20 الف جنيه، بتهمة إهانة وزارة الداخلية.
