قال مصدر بالسكة الحديد إنّه تم التحفظ على سائق القطار وعامل التحويلة الذي سقط بالركاب في المرازيق. وتسبب في إصابة العشرات من الركاب.
ومن ناحية أخرى قررت السكك الحديد التحفظ على الصندوق الأسود للقطار وإرساله للنيابة لتحليل البيانات لمعرفة أسباب الحادث.
