وقع الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي قانون رقم ٢٩ لسنة ٢٠١٨ بتعديل بعض أحكام قانون الضريبة على الدخل الصادر بقانون رقم ٩١ لسنة ٢٠٠٥، وذلك بعض اقرار مجلس النواب له.
وينص التعديل على انه يلتزم كل ممول بأن يقدم إلى مأمورية الضرائب المختصة إقرارا ضريبيا سنويا على النموذج الذي تحدده اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون وذلك خلال الستين يوما التالية لانتهاء الاجل المحدد للإقرار.
