«تشريعية النواب» تكشف حقيقة رفع الحصانة عن مرتضى منصور

نفى إيهاب الطماوي، أمين سر اللجنة التشريعية بمجلس النواب، ما تردد بشأن طلب رفع الحصانة عن النائب مرتضى منصور، رئيس نادي الزمالك، قائلا: إن اللجنة لم تنعقد منذ فترة، ولم يرد إليها طلبات بشأن ذلك.
وأضاف الطماوي، في تصريح لـ«الدستور»، أن هناك خطوات متبعة بشأن سحب الحصانة من النواب، وهي التقدم بطلب من النائب العام ومن ثم انعقاد اللجنة التشريعية، وإعداد تقريرها وعرضه على الجلسة العامة للتصويت.
