أجاب الدكتور مجدي عاشور، مستشار مفتي الجمهورية، على سؤال لمتصل حول حكم سرقة أحذية المصلين من المساجد، مؤكدًا أن هذا الأمر يعد حرامًا من الناحية الشرعية، مضيفًا: هذا السارق هو والأحذية واحد.
وتابع خلال لقائه ببرنامج "فتاوى الناس"، المذاع على قناة "الناس"، أن الطيور على أشكالها تقع، لافتًا إلى أن هذا السارق عقله كالحذاء.
وأشار: إلى أنه لا يضر إلا المطيعين، في إشارة للمصلين الذين تسرق أحذيتهم، داعيًا إلى عدم ترك الأحذية خارج المسجد.
