قال محمد الأتربي رئيس اتحاد بنوك مصر و رئيس بنك مصر علي صفحته الشخصية عبر موقع التواصل الاجتماعي "فيسبوك"، إنه بالاتفاق بين اتحاد بنوك مصر والبنك المركزي فقد تم تعديل حدود السحب للأفراد بداية من شهر رمضان المعظم ليصبح كالاتي:
ماكينات الـ Atm من ٥٠٠٠ جنيه يوميًا ليصبح ٢٠٠٠٠ جنيه وفي الفروع من ١٠٠٠٠جنيه يوميًا ليصبح ٥٠٠٠٠ جنيه.
